They have used a T&C defense to justify taking £150 payment on what proposed to be a Trial Offer - when implied that no cost unless continue. When I contacted them very dismissive and just used the defense that it is in the terms and conditions. Unable to get to speak to any manager - in and out of all meetings. Couldn't provide postal address as recommended by Trading Standards to send a letter of complaint. The address given for this was then one in Panama.

I intend to try and recover these monies as I feel I have been robbed, and now feeling very foolish but page after page of testimonial implied this a company that could be trusted but it turns out they are not.
