I have just been scammed into paying for a FREE TRIAL of Slimtone Plus. I signed up for the trial and thought I was paying for postage only for items to be delivered. Then after 14 day £132 was taken from my account, plus another shipment arrived four weeks later and another £132 was taken. I hadn't seen my bank statement for the first payment. I phoned the company and demanded my money back as I hadnt used the product and they said they would only refund me the last shipment and I had received the first shipment over 14 days. The terms and conditions are not clear when you sign up. This is a total scam for some thing you can buy on Ebay or Amazon for under £20.
I will be writing to trading standards. The customer services representatives should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.
