I read the various complaint just after receiving the 'Free' trial offer. My wife and I both applied for the offer. Three days into the trial found the extent of the complaints and decided to end it then and there. As per others tried 1. Phoning. Never answered and kept on a primium rate line. 2. Tried emailing. No answer. We decided to send the items back. There is a return address on the label they sent to you. These were sent by recorded delivery, expensive but we wanted confirmation it had arrived. We cancelled both of the debit cards used to pay the postage. This appears to have blocked them from taking other charges. This company should be put out of business. I thank you all for alerting us to the problems with Slimtone.
