I ordered their 4.95 sample and cancelled the account. I received a cancellation notice on Nov. 23rd that I had been cancelled since Nov. 21 but looking at my bank statement the 89.95 was taken out of my account on Nov. 22 (the day after they closed my account) When I called to clear the issue and try to get my refund I also was told they'd only give me $30.00.. I of course said no I wanted my full refund plus the $30.00 overdraft fee. So like anyone else I requested to speak with a supervisor and was denied on 2 separate occasions. Why is this company allowed to steal money from people and get away with it?
If you look at the terms it says " By selecting the sample option, I will receive my introductory sample product for $4.95 and never be billed again!" well that's a bold faced lie! I wonder if we could get a class action lawsuit against this company?
