I bought a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa from buy as you view, I was brought a reconditioned one instead of a new one, I have also checked the 2 sofas and found that half of the product is not leather but made of a synthetic material, even though they have sold this product as a full leather suite. I am paying £16.86 per week even though this company have informed me that they will bring me a new one, which they have failed to do this was from September its now November but can only get through to customer services who inform me that there was a replacement on the way. I feel I have been misled with this product as it is not what they proclaim it to be, the product has been falsely advertised due to me wanting a full Mandy leather suite. I am now stuck with this reconditioned suite which i don't want and they are also making me pay insurance on this product, what can i do about this, what are my rights.
