Services for a loan modification was never initiated by this firm and Mr. Nuccio. When I terminated their services and asked for a refund they never responded. I was informed by Mr. Nuccio that I would have to speak to his associate, Harold Spafford and provided a number by Mr. Nuccio in order to contact his associate. The number provided turned out to be "out of service". I filed a dispute with my bank and am awaiting results.in the meantime, I am preparing to file a complaint with the disciplinary board against Mr. Nuccio for failure to render services.
