He claimed to be from Britain and has a contract to build a road and bridge in Ghana. Claimed his luggage was stolen at airport. When he got it back said his phone was missing he did not know how he was going to carry out his business. I sent him the latest blackberry phone (white). He now says he needs money to pay the harbour people fees for equipment he needs. He said the fees are more than he expected.
