I paid £495 for valuation fee. On my property, which they said would be fully refunded if i accepted there cash offer within 30 days, which i duly did.
After i paid the fee for THERE VALUATION they then decided to take a report from a local estate agent, who did not even come to my premises, but seemingly tendered his report to them without me seeing it. After which they halved the original offer to me, by telephone.
They obviously work on the premise of making ridiculous offers to people knowing they will refuse so they dont have to refund the fee.
My point is, they took a valuation fee from me on which they made an offer which i accepted, IT IS JUST A SCAM TO TAKE MONEY FOR NOTHING FROM VULNERABLE PEOPLE.
I think the Dailly Mirror is wrong to let these people use ther advertising to scam innocent people. I would like to see the paper investigate this company and expose them for the shysters they are.
