I was in Target on 11-11-11 and proceeded to ask the employee at the Service Desk if she could page another employee for me. She told me she didn't have a walkie, so she would have to find someone with one. She then walked off and started bringing customers to the service desk and started ringing them up. She never once paged or even attempted to find someone who could help me. I am very upset to have been treated this way. I am in Target every single weekend and have never received this kind of service. Her name was Darlene and her title is GSA. I would appreciate someone speaking to her about customer service if, in fact, this is what her job is.
