Rudemess at the Customer Service Desk

I purchased a shirt for my grandson, Feb. 20th, which was to big. I returned it only to be treated like I was a criminal. I was appalled at the way I was treated by this employee. He was unprofessional, inconsiderate and down right rude! Although very reluctantly, he did give me back my money, however it was after he argued with me and accused me of wearing the shirt first. He proceeds to tell me. We don't take anything back thatsbeen opened!!! I told him this shirt came on a hanger and was never closed up! He continued to examine the shirt, I guess hoping to find anything he can so he wouldn't have to return my money.
I've worked in retail for 30 years and I have never! Treated a customer the way he treated me! This individual should NOT! Be allowed to deal with customers nor should he be a Manager.
Ther were other customers complaining about this employee as well!
