My complaint is the same as everybody else's. Be very careful when you supposedly purchase a free trial of ANYTHING. It was actually very easy to get through to the 1800 number on the despatch note to lodge a complaint. We told the person that we were going to contact our bank to report that our credit card had been used fraudulently, without our permission. They offered to give us a credit which we don't want as the product doesn't work. We have actually been told that the money will be reinstated back to our credit card within 30 days. We will see if that is the case.
