Corporate Records Service
CORPORATE Records Service SCAM! Total SCAM! | Rental Mailbox to look like they are official

Miscellaneous

Corporate Records Services is a Scam! There is no other way to look at this. They send out letters to appear official state workers. They make the statement that they are not from the GOV. But go on to falsify their identity by providing an address that just happens to be the same our State Capital. Oh, I am sure that was a coincidence right? B.S.

The address for Corporate Records Services is a budget rental mailbox located in Olympia WA. This is a method that allows a scam artist to use a Suite number instead of a PO Box. Again falsely making the company appear to have a brick and mortar business at that location provided.

They also place a date in big bold letters at the top of the page that indicates you have a limited amount of time to complete and pay for this. Placing an unnecessary urgency to complete the fake documents that have been made to look official just like the State Gov. Doc's that they briefly disclaim being associated with.

It seem funny that the words (Washington Corporation) is placed on the top of the page of the NOT official form includes bar codes, deadline date, key codes, notice date, ND: # KC: #, State Capital city.

No where on the form does it say this is an optional form and that you do not need to sign up for the service.instead they push forward to make it appear that you must fill out the form and provide a check or worse yet a credit card number then mail it to them. Mail a credit card number. What a joke. Would next do you want me to send my SOC card number and copy of my Drivers License too.

After a little investigation work I discovered that Corporate Records Services runs this scam out of more than just one state and I am sure they just so happen to have a mailing address located at the state capitals of those states as well. Again, if they use an address near the State Capital it is just a coincidence.

Corporate Records Services uses scam tactics to trick people into paying them money for a disservice business owners did not ask for. SCAM Tactic 101.

I can honestly say that anyone that leaves feedback below this article is most likely the underhanded scam artist themselves, I am sure they will claim to be a customer that have received wonderful service from these Corporate Records Service and that they offer a great service at a wonderful rate blah, blah, blah.

Think about it. Do you really think someone that is happy with this company is looking for articles online that calls this company out as a scam. No of course they aren't. They would contact the company by phone or send them an email. They would not take the time to write back to me.

Ops. Did I call you out before you could leave a fake feedback. I am so sorry about that. Don't worry I am sure you can think of something? You are a scam artist after all.

Use this letter to start your fire this winter season. At least it could give you 20 seconds of warmth this winter. The fact is you need to never provide money for services that you did not request. If state or government type notices arrive at your mailbox always contact an official not the phone number or email in this case given on the letter.
