I sent to this firm for two samples of cream. And declined any more products to be sent to me. But a few days later another product arrived, they had already taken moneys from my bank, again without my pemission. I have e-mailed them twice to tell them not to send anymore, and to e-mail me back the adress to send items back.[no reply from them]. The creams are rubbish, and I have e-mailed Florida consumer affairs complaints. I hope they will be able to help me.
