I ordered free samples of 2 different creams. They arrived but I found them unsatisfactory. Then I received a further cream which I did not order or require. I found that my Account had been debited before I received the package. I have asked the Bank to block any future transactions. I want to return the cream and receive my money back but I am not sure how to do it successfully.
