Miscellaneous

Wax Vac is advertised on TV as being a product that will remove ear wax, a common problem for many. The television ad states this product sells for $10.00, plus $6.99 shipping and handling. However, online when you go to place an order, rather than $16.99, the product costs more than $50.00 due to their exorbitantly high processing fees. Further, when placing the order, the website immediately disappears so the customer does not have the opportunity to have a printout of their purchase. If a customer is looking for a total price before placing an order, don't do it, because rather than looking over an order form prior to purchase, this becomes the order. The price shows up when you receive the product and/or on your credit card bill.

Wax Vac might have a good product, but reputable companies do not treat customers this way.
