I woke up the next day to a TXT message " Your entry last month has WON! Go to http://TargetWinners.com / and enter code 4787 to claim your free $1000 Target Gift Card within 24 Hours!"

After doing a little research I found out it was a scam. Then I tried to go to the web site but the page was blocked due to suspension and i got forwarded to a Russian web page. Why are they still sending out txt messages?
