Pandigital Reade

I purchased a pandigital reader for me girlfriend for Christmas and i purchased the ins that the clerk offered me for an additional fee. The reader glass got broken. I returned it to the store and they said they would not cover it they refused me a replacement. I feel if they sell the insurance they should be required to stand behind what they sell. I purchased the additional ins for that reason now they deny replacement that is just bad business.
