After signing up for a Sea-to-Ski Vacation package on 9/29, we decided to cancel within the 72 hour cancellation period. Over 6 weeks after sending a certified letter with all required documents requesting the refund, we have received nothing. After 10 days we discovered the broker, Vacation Connection from Myrtle Beach, SC, had not accepted the certified package. After providing proof of the package being sent, the broker responded in an email apologizing for the delay and promised a refund in 10 business days. 20 Business days later, no refund and no response from the broker. We continue to chase this with Sea-to-Ski Vacations who made the original presentation. Beware of Vacation Connection from Myrtle Beach, SC and Sea-to-Ski Vacation offers. Also, the free airline and hotel offer... We were given a certificate that expired one day before the presentation and that had already been used by someone else!
