Failed to tell me of deadline for cancelling. Being charged for unwanted criuse

I was mailed a notification that I won a cruise vacation package. I accepted the information and was told I had 3 years to complete the vacation package, but no one told me there was a deadline to cancel this vacation.
I called and I was told this information was in my package and I could not get a refund. I have searched and looked where I was told it was. There is nothing in this package any where that says you have 3 days to cancel.
You call and you are put on hold. The people you do talk to are rude and imply that you lie about not seeing this deadline.
