My mother received a phone call and stated "mary, this is your insurance company can we go ahead and cash your check?" My 82 year old mother thought is was her credit union and she said ok. A check was processed in the amount of $448.74 and the phone call we have been calling is a 3rd party customer service company. Unable to resolve.
