I assist my 70 year old mother, with her account, & I saw this check over the phone transaction, for $397.68. When I asked my mother about it, she said talked to someone, but she didn't know who she spoke with or aware of the amount they were going to take from her. I called the company & spoke to 3rd Party Customer Service & they submitted a cancellation & said that my mother should receive her credit back in 21 business days. I complained about it taking so long, for the refund, but they said that was the normal wait period. I called, the company back, on 10/19, because the money wasn't refunded & they said they would send a request to have this investigated by the company & to call back in 7 business days. Today is 11/2 and still no refund. I called my mother's bank to file a claim with them, & to see if they could assist with my efforts of retrieving my mother's money. My next step will be to file a complaint with Chaplain, NY's Attorney General. From reading some of the other complaints, it appears this group is targeting our Seniors, who are on fixed incomes.

This company file a judgement against my 61 year old mother for a 14 year old credit card debt. They supoena her and said her house was levy. My mother not even sure she had a credit card back in 1994. What should i do. Should i send them her information
