Harrassment and slander by midland ripoff

My mother had been recieving calls from midland stating that I owed 1000 dollars to the collection company. I havent lived with my mother for 6 years, she then fowarded the number to me for me to call and dissapate the matter. Well, I did; I stated my name and asked why they were continously harrasing my poor mother, she stated that I owed money to a credit card company. I told her at the time I was unemployed and unable to pay the amount I supposedly owed.

She then got really angry and said I should just borrow the money from my mother, when I told her my mother was unable to give me that amount of money she called me a 'spoiled bitch' and then suggested I borrow from my boyfriend when I stated I had no boyfriend she called me a 'damned liar' and said my credit was ruined and my life too and that I either pay or they'll garnish my wages.

I then again told her I had no job she said they would then haul me off to jail. Thats about when I hung up on her (near the end she was screaming)
