Ripoff Took money from my bank account without permission. Made a purchase with flavorwave got charged for membership with HOMEWORKSPLUS that I said I didn't want

I made a telephone purchase of a Flavor Wave cooking machine. While I was making the purchase I was offered a load of special deals. I told the person who took my call that all I wanted was the Flavor Wave machine. Then all of a sudden a couple months later I find a charge for $19.95 on my bank statement for MWI*HOMEWORKSPLUS.

Then a month after that I got charged by a AP9*HOMEWORKSPLUS for the same ammount. I called their number after finding it on this website and they told me I had signed up for a membership. It's something to do with SEARS and HOME DEPOT. You can check it out at www.dealsplus.com. I told the person I wanted to cancel my membership and he said he was able to lower my membership rate. I told him I never wanted the membership to cancel it. It took me telling him twice before he said he would.

Guess I'll wait and see if I get charged again next month. He also said they would credit my acount. That it would appear on my next statement. We'll see.
