Ripoff Fraudulent Recurring Billing Credit Card Fraud

This company has billed my debit card twice for $7.00 (once in Sept and once in October). I do not know where they got my debit card number, but the only place I can think of that could have shared it was on Travelocity.com where I reserved a rental car the week prior to this showing up on my account.
