Ripoff of fraudulent billing montly on debit card

Somehow & I'm still not positive WLI Reservation Rewards has been deducting a monthly charge of $9 out of my checking account with my debit card. $9 a month isn't that big a deal, but I can't get to the bottom of where, when and why. I canceled my bank account because I feel that if they are taking $9 a month without my authorization who else could do the same???
