WLI Reservation Rewards acquired my bank debit card number when I placed an order from joann.com on November 9. On December 3 I discovered a hold placed on my account for 9 dollars.

I learned from my bank that it was WLI Reservation Rewards that was charging my account. I called them and was told they "cancelled" my subscription today. I don't know if this is true yet.

I called joann and have been assured that they have changed the wording to be very clear that the box being checked is not to receive Joann Fabrics coupons but WLI Reservation Rewards coupons at the cost of 9 dollars per month.

WLI RR is very misleading in their approach. The woman I talked to insisted that they had emailed more than one confirmation of my subscription yet I never received them. Then she asked for an email address so that they could send a confirmation of cancelation. I refused. I will know when it is removed from my bank account.
