I checked my checking account & found that Palm Loan advance had taken $30 not once but twice as they also took out $30 on 10/15. I had NEVER applied for a loan w/them & had trouble tracking them down. I think my info was given to them by a 3rd party w/o my consent or knowledge. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get my money back as I need meds. I keep getting the run around or lied about reimbursement. These people need to be prosecuted!!!
