Miscellaneous

Received a phone call stating that I won 2nd place in the American Clearing House sweep stakes. The amount was 495000.00. He gave me a claim number and told me to call the sweepstakes company to claim my prize. When I called a Gloria Garcia answered and transferred me to Frank Howard. He said in order to get the money I needed to pay $4,950.00 to the IRS. When I questioned this he to me to call Jason Rivera back at the Bureau of Consumer Protection. I tried to call back only to get a recording that my call could not be placed.
