My car was what they call side swiped by an Empowered unlicensed driver... Issued a ticket only for no license told our ins. Would work it out, problem is, Empowered has failded as a reliable company to contact me. I have had to contact them, only to find out I am on my 2nd Adjuster still with no contact from the company still, no contact... I have not ever seen a company so irresponsible. Why insure someone without a license? Then you want to place blame or have comflict with the license driver, this is very dishonest... By the way there rating is a B - I think it should be a D they are the worst ever...
