Charged $23.70 immediately instead of advertised $3.95 monthly membership

Website states a $3.95 membership for 6 months. After 6 months you will be charged $23.70 if not cancelled. They charged me $23.70 right away, when I called to dispute three days later, they told me it averages out to $3.95 a month and that wasn't the membership fee. Upon cancellation of services they told me that I had access to the spoke site until April because they do not refund any funds. When I asked to speak to a manager the phone call was conveniently disconnected. Shame on Spokeo for their false advertising and unethical customer service!!!
