This is to inform anyone reading this to stay away from this Company and all of it's affiliates. They ruined my computer and ever sense they refuse to talk to me in person. After Managing the largest Solor Co.in the western U.S. I know how a co should deal with complaints. They, if so, do not have someone to handle this dept, and if they do, they are terrible. I had trend micro on my personal computer, I was not to happy with thier product. The money did not bother me as far as an early cancelation. So I deleted Micro through the computer's uninstall. It showed that the program was no longer on my computer. Was I wrong; when I tried to download my newly purchased program, it would not install. Trend Micro had sunk thier teeth into my computer and would not let go. After numerous attempts with computer geeks, nothing, when talking with a rep from the co, Trend Micro, they tried ti sell me a 299.99 program to remove thier product, after blowing my top, the man said I do have a one time only clean up that will remove the program for 49,99. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!!! I finally found a computer man who was very good at these things, and half an hour later my computer is running like new with no TREND MICRO. Need Help (Personal Information Removed) I'll do my best to help anyone who has this co doing what it does best, and that is SCAMING people.
