They contacted me by phone 0800 068 9314 while I was on line on my computor, convinced me they were phoning on behalf of microsoft and that my up-dates could`nt get thru, they said they would fix these problems and clean up my computor, after being passed on to a "supervisor" I then was subjected to a load of sales patter, and stupidly I paid for a programme I latter found out I did`nt need as I had a far superior one already installed. This is obviously a CON and I fell for it.
