These companies are related but operate as competitors. Club Telco failed to acknowledge my right to exercise a cooling off period of 10 days when I cancelled the sale.instaed it has continued to invoice me for a service it hasn't provided.invoice total $120.71

Eftel, its associate company, has failed to provide me with a 'Pendo Pad' (tablet. As part of the offer I accepted from the company. This is in spite of numerous calls. Tablet value around $350.00

I am single and 75 years of age. Earlier this year, I lost my accommodation and was forced to live (sleep) in a friend’s car of an evening, and during the day wander around shopping centres. I say wander, because I have a severely deteriorated left knee that needs joint reconstruction surgery. I also suffer from osteoarthritis in both knees and my ankles, making it extremely difficult for me to walk. I also suffer from high blood pressure, and have suffered one heart attack. I am a diabetic, and have other health problems.
