I have been a customer for many years but not by choice. They are a necessary burden that must be bared due to the lack of any competitors. Thus they continue to ignore complaints when they come to aspects of their service that are not easily fixed. TWC digital cable TV is so slow that they need to start compensating victims who suffer high blood pressure related to the aggravation suffered from endless punching of buttons on the remote. There is constantly a 5 to 30 second delay from the point you press a button and anything actually happens on the cable box. Simply scrolling through the listings can be an exercise in self control. That is if you get to the menu in a reasonable amount of time. The slowness infects every part of their service.including getting any reasonable help from their customer service people. They can't even seem to narrow the time for a visit down to the nearest 6 hours. So for all my fellow sufferers out there quietly enduring this crap; just bide your time. Technology may have failed TWC but it is ever changing and there are other better companies who some day will be available and then let the exodus begin. But in the mean time keep up the faith and keep complaining. Perhaps they will notice that their customers are the most important thing.
