When I received my packing slip it had another person's name on it. I called the company and they told me it didn't matter. They had my name and phone number with details. So I tried to use the $15.00 gift card on packing slip which said it would expire 9/1. I entered my order on 8/30 and the gift number wouldn't work. Called and company and they said it was expired. I told them it was not as the gift card date was 9/1. So they told me they would send me a new gift card. After many calls, Here it is November 12 and I still don't have a new gift card and they told me today, it would come in 4-6 weeks. I don't believe them, because that is what they told me August 30.
I have used only one pan and have to use oil to keep it from sticking.

DO NOT BUY from this company.
