I purchased what I thought was a Canon 5D Mark ii from them for $1326.10 only to find out that what they tried to sell me was a plastic body, import model with Japanese text. When I tried to cancel my order the sales rep tried to pull the bait and switch on me to the tune of an additional $568.90. I declined, had my order canceled and was told I would have my money refunded. It is now November 12th, 25 days after my order was cancelled and still no money. I called today and spoke to another person claiming to be in the billing department saying that my refund would be issued on November 16th. When I questioned him as to why it would take over a month to refund my money I got some run around excuse about a refund queue.in short, I was basically told that it just takes forever for them to refund your money. I'm beyond frustrated with this company. My next move will be to file a complaint with the BBB, post my experience on Ripoff Report and most likely, post to my facebook account and asking my friends to forward along to all of their friends so that nobody else has to deal with this hassle.
