I too was charged two transactions from this company and they took a total of £25.71 from my debit card without my permission. I dont even know who they are. I have contacted my bank and they have supplied me with a tel no. 0018779066810. Upon phoning this no. There was a voice recording stating the company opening and closing times on a Sat/Sun. Considering this is Monday, i have no idea why no-one has answered my call. I have left my details with them and insisted that they call me back today so that i can be re-imbursed for the illegal removal of this money from my account. I dont understand if this is happening to so many people - why cant someone out there do something to stop them in their tracks and shut them down or take legal action against them. I am so thankful that i have noticed this error on my account - what about all the other innocent people out there that havent yet noticed this???
