I just received a letter from Chase saying that we know that you have opted out but we have great products and want to tell you about them. If you don't opt out again by signing and faxing this letter we will opt you in and you will receive mail about our product and services signed Deb Walden, EVP Cardmember Experience.

Are you kidding me? Cardmember Experience is not about the card member as it should be. I took the time to opt out once please don't continue to ask me to do it again.
