Man enters home of unattended child

On 10/7 a male sales rep entered my home and convinced my 13 year old child to write a check for 60.00 worth of magazines. When I came home my child told my... I then cleared the bank account out and was furious the man had entered my home. I tried to reach the company... No phone number on the paperwork left and no phone number on the internet. I have just received a letter from the collections dept of this company stating I owe 60.00 for the magazines and 30.00 for the bad check. I told the Manager Macey the problem and she stated it did not look like a childs signature and she would do me a favor and not charge me for the magazines but would indeed charge me for the 30.00 returned check. I aske to speak to someone in charge of her and she stated she was the only boss and there was noone above her. It is never ok for an adult to enter a home with only a child present. I will not pay this and I feel this needs to be looked into. The letter I received looked very unprofessional and I am not even sure that this is a business.
