AT&T - NCO Financial Systems
Ripoff

In mid June I moved in with my brother to take care of him after a massive hesart attack. Soon after I realized the VERIZON tel service we had was too expensive. We cancelled and went to cell phones only.

Since then we have had no land line. WE use on cell phones, Before I decided to change to cell only I called AT&T re their rates. Now they want to bill me $192.79 for land line service.

I never had their service and we swapped msgs several times when they first billed me. How can they bill me when I had NO LAND LINE? /

Last straw. I just rec'd a threatening ltr re payment of the $192.70
