I ordered a free trial.
Without my permission this company charged my credit twice for $76.00 and so far I have not been able to stop them. I had to cancel my card.

After several attempts to contact their customer service to no avail, I called my bank, (BofA) and was told I should have cancelled. I don't know how I should have cancelled when I did not know I was going to get charged for something I did not order.
