After signing up for a "free" sample, I had a change of heart. Called the same evening to cancel and was assured that my card had not been charged and my order would be cancelled. Well, a couple of days later, my card was charged $1.03 for the "free" sample processing fee. Again, I called and confirmed my cancellation. A couple of days later, I received my "free" sample in the mail. Called again to confirm cancellation and was assured I would not be charged further. On June 16, my card was charged $78.41 (less than 2 weeks after the initial trial period, when the trial period was to be 30 days). I had to cancel my bank cards to avoid further charges. This company is a scam - please pass it on to everyone you know!!! Thank you.
