I placed the order on 10-22-12 for Buy one/get one free @$20 plus S&H. Order received 11-2-12.

I am happy with the product, but I was charged $39.85 on my credit card. When I called Customer Service today to inquire about the charge I was told they charge S&H on EACH pillow!!!

Why don't they tell you that in the sales pitch??? Dorothy
