I ordered 1 Forever Comfy pillow online and expected to receive two per the ad on TV and on the website. The stated price was $19.95 with $9.95 P & H and the second pillow was free but I had to pay the $9.95 P & H for it. I got my invoice and noted I had been charged $54.85 (got a $5.00 credit for whatever reason). When I called I was told that I had ordered the "deluxe" pillow (price $39.95) which I was totally unaware of. Seems as though there is a pop-up menu which I obviously inadvertently checked. This is almost like a "bait and switch" operation. I will never again order anything from this company or any of its subsidiaries.
