Last year I applied for a Claims position in Parsippany, NJ. I passed the tests and phone interviews. When I met the hiring managers in the waiting room, their jaws almost hit the floor. I'm half Asian with an American name. There are NO minorities working at the Parsippany location. Needless to say I did not get the job. I wrote to the "so called" talent advisor Michael (who duck and run from countless messages and emails) to find out the reason for the decision. Advuce-don't apply for a job with progressive if you are a minority!!!
