I ordered a cake flower and a gift from this website for my girlfriend in india. After couple of days i get an email stating that "the git item you selected is out of stock and yo can select an alternate gift". So i replied to them to give me a call (in australia as i live here) so that i can ask and order accordingly. I recieved th call within an hour by their support team.

On the y of the delivery, my girl friend recieved the cake which was not the same what i ordered, and the gift which is all damaged. And while contacting them, they say they will replace it. And the way they use is like i have to give them the gift and after couple of days they will deliver the proper gift which is i working order. I am happy with that, but while asking them whether i can get any proof while your delivery guy picks up the item or something, they denied to give me a proof or anything which stats that the item to be replaced has been picked up. So i didn't processed further as i cant trust them whether thy gonna come back with the item or not.

And while asking for the refund, i haven't got any reply since then. I told them to give me a call to sort out the problem asap. But i haven't received the call as well.
