Ramada Inn Hayes, Kansas

We reserved 3 rooms for 3 couples. All the rooms were filthy (gooey sticky nightstands, toilets that ran all night, carpet so dirty you tracked black marks onto the bathroom tile, bathroom door wouldn't close). We stopped at the desk to complain to the manager. He wasn't there but we were assured he would call. We are still waiting 10 days later. The best is that it was advertised as a 3 star hotel! A word to the wise is sufficient.
