If your thinking of using this company then Don't. But if you have already done so and want your money back then read on. I hired A minibus off A1 in june and they stole £500 from my account. After $ months of telephone calls, e-mails, recorded delivery letters, citizens advice, trading standards and even the leicestershire police constabulary I finally got my money back. If you too want to get back your stolen cash then I suggest that you go directly to small claims court via www.moneyclaimsonline. Gov.co.uk as this seems the only way to do it. However there seem to be solicitors out there who will do this for you and that may be a better choice as A1 would have to pay their costs too. It is advisable to go directly to small claims court for your money as you will waste your time, effort and money contacting anyone else as all other relevant bodies seem powerless to do anything about a company that systematially rips its customers off.
