I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that I have fallen for this scam — I have learned a huge lesson: (I should have gone with my gut and ignored the "offer" to lower interest rates. Just added more to my debt. I have called all of their numbers and somehow only speak with an answering machine. How can I go about putting this company to shame? How do the "employees" sleep at night knowing they are stealing from people - so shameful!!!
