Received a letter saying I had won the International Powerball Lotto held in UK. Said to cash a check that I received for $3880 then to send fees for $2620.00 for non residents and $950.00 for Admin. I deposited the check then found found out about this scam I plan to notify my bank since most likely the check will not be honored.in the other exact same scam cases thay were not and people were stuck with the fees.
